That carer can't speak English well

Some carers in care homes have limited English. If they have just enough English to pass a course they can get a job. They can be good workers but extra time is needed to speak with them. So how well to they fair when confronted with training, especially, in elder abuse. Limited language and literacy skills can be overcome with a good trainer. Do trainers in elder abuse have these skills and do they use them?
