Who are the paid carers of the aged?

There are so many different people who become carers. Some do it because of the money (little as it is). Some were nurses in their own country, others doctors and physios. Sometimes they are still learning English. Some came through local schools so English is their first language. Caring wouldn't have been their first choice. Some really like it and they grow to love the residents.
