Both the women move quickly around the restaurant. Each has white hair. One has it short and the other has her’s longer and pulled back. The styles complete the look of neat and tidy. They provide old style service. They discretely anticipate the customers’ wishes. No bottle of water remains on the table for self service. When the glass of water dips to half full, one of them comes and fills it up. It’s tiring just watching them.
