Going Home

She sits high in the stretcher as they wheel her into the home. Her face shows no emotion until she sees someone she knows. The ‘welcome back’s’ get said. Then the smile begins to spread across her face. She had been sick and had stayed in hospital for several days. It had been an ordeal. Now she is home.
