He is ready for the sun. A brand new white panama hat sits on his head. Only a few days of warmth this Spring and he has the attire. To match the hat he has a white and black stripped shirt; one of those French type with the boat necks. Then light coloured pants finish of the look. He could be anywhere, walking alongside a harbour.
