Step One

He stops at the bottom of the stairs. His left hand holds onto the rail tight. In his right hand he lifts up the shopping trolley and puts it two steps up then he takes his first step onto the stairs. Slowly he repeats the process, left hand on rail, trolley up tw

o steps, then step. He manages a good pace with a slight rest on the landing half way up. No problem!
