He opens the car door with a hard push. Then he grabs the door and the side of the car. The right foot swings out and he plants it on the ground. He stands with the left foot still lagging behind inside the car. Finally, that left foot makes its way out of the car and lands on the asphalt. Even then the right foot takes more of the weight. After a moment, he walks off.
